1 General Terms & Conditions

By creating an account or using 99win's services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between 99win and the user.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on 99win are simple and fast. All major payment methods popular in Bangladesh are supported.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳5,000 cannot be processed without KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• 99win reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals during an investigation into suspicious transactions.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

99win offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms. Failure to meet these terms may result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. This offer can only be claimed once per account.
• Wagering Requirement: When you receive a bonus, you must wager that amount a specified number of times (typically 10x–30x) before you can make a withdrawal.
• Validity: The validity period for each bonus is listed on the promotions page. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 99win reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on 99win are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Every game outcome is completely fair and random.

• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, your bet will be refunded.
• In the event of a disconnection during a Live Casino game, the outcome will be determined based on the game record.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, 99win reserves the right to void that round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are listed individually for each.
• Separate rules apply for lotteries and vouchers.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 99win. Engaging in any of them will result in permanent account closure and your balance may be forfeited.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Creating fake accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Sharing, lending, or selling your account to another person.
• Attempting to manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Use of hacking tools, bots, or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Unauthorized use of the 99win brand or logo.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

99win may close an account at its own discretion or at the user's request. There are two types of closure — temporary suspension and permanent closure.

• Temporary Suspension: Carried out during an investigation or at the user's request.
• Permanently Closed: Due to a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.
• If you have a balance before your account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it (subject to applicable conditions).
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming

99win believes gaming should be a source of entertainment — never a source of problems. That's why responsible gaming is one of our top priorities.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
